We currently offer four work-only art studio spaces. Each one is completely independent, lockable, and available 24/7/365.

These studios were purpose-built to meet the particular needs of painters and other two-dimensional artists with a 10-foot tall, 19-foot wide work wall. Combined with 220 square feet of floor space and 120 square feet of storage in an overhead loft, they are just right for artists working on most any scale. If you need even more room, outdoor workspace is available, facilitated by large shipping container doors that open to allow big pieces to be moved into and out of your space with ease.

All art studio units also feature:

• beautiful light from north-facing clerestory windows and built-in track lighting
• individually-controlled air conditioning and heating
• modern electrical service with tons of outlets
• high speed wired Internet (WiFi doesn’t penetrate shipping containers)
• access to a shared full bathroom and utility sink
